Nice job. Your tails will look more natural and pulsate better if you do not cut them off. I also like the philosophy that "Less is more" You want to give the "Hint" of a minnow profile so sometimes less material is really better. There are some great tying videos in the archives. The most important advice all tyers need is always keep your threads and chenille wraps uniform and neat. Always have CONFIDENCE in what you are doing. You will be fine.
