Are the milleiumn rod holders adjustable vertically ? Meaning I can raise or lower rod tip to the water? I have driftmaster and I'm not in love with those although they do work . Of all the store bought ones I've looked at through this post the milleniumn looks the most interesting but when I went to the website it looks like the rod holder can be adjusted left or right but it appears if it's welded at one angle?
