I made my own just like I wanted. I went to a local welder and he made the T bar the height and width that I wanted out of 1 inch aluminum square tubing with Berts adapter plate welded at the bottom. I have 4 different 6 inch Berts track system bases on the front deck and 2 bases on the back deck so I can move my T bars all over. I don't have very good pictures but here are a couple. The PVC has a slot about 2 inches that allows me to lift or lower my rod tips.
