Thread: Lake Blackshear

Yeah, I have my own boat now, it's a 15ft. Monark aluminum bass boat w/ 50hp Merc. I installed 2 Humminbird units on it. One on the console that is a down imager with GPS, the other is just a regular sonar/fish finder on the bow/trolling motor. I also added 2-two pole holder spider-rig setups as well to the front, prolly gonna add 2 more to the back. I'm just beginning to learn about all this spider-rigging and longline trolling.

Have not been lately but would be working the shaded blow downs and any deep water away from boat traffic I could find till October. November through April would be a good time to learn other areas and techniques at Blackshear.
