You know what I hate is, waste. I hate fish in the freezer that get freezer burnt and go to waste. I lived in Illinois, and when we would take a Salmon fishing charter, we would always come home with way more fish that we could eat any time soon. I always seemed to throw away fish at the end of the year when I cleaned out the freezer, and I hated that. I learned then to only freeze fish you're gonna eat within the month, period. So really I only keep one or two frozen packs of fish at most. And truth be told, I prolly release 90% of the fish I catch. Except when Shu is with, cause I know him and his grandkids will take good care of it, it's likely not even gonna make it to the freezer there, right Shu.
