Thread: Any one ever fish........???

oh yeah..fishing on the old river bed area has been ok for me. Lots of pads..parts really shallow though. Worth looping around in them for the scenery if nothing else. There are a lot of fallen down trees and logs. Just out of hidden acres there is a spot on the left coming from the direction you'd be coming from that I have been dying to try out. 10 ft of water and lots of branches in the water and right under a big oak tree...seems like a perfect spot! There's probably 300 yds there like that both before and after that tree. I'd love to know if something was actually there or not! Real life seems to be keeping me from getting over though. Try it out for me!

The new ramp is on the cannal try fishing north from there, along the brake of the bank. then where the oxbows meet the cannal, there are fish in the old river and cannal. when you get allmost to the ramp look at the flood gate if there is no flow fishings on good.
