Default NO PHOTO Florida fishing report Lakeland

No Fish No Photos, got SKUNKED really bad, yesterday!

No excuses, just couldn't find them. Tried slow trolling jigs and minnows, different depths, different colors, speeds? Changed to just jigs and soft plastics, adjusted speeds and colors. NADA

Always catch a few, including different species?? The Crappies were hiding real good yesterday!

    I will return !!

Oxygen levels, constant heat, sunshine, non movement of water working in a phosphate pit - fish will react differently. Temps of 88 and above really slow them.
They are prone to become more inactive - conserving their energy - suspending lower
in the water column. Sometimes spider rigging will connect to them better do to
    slower speed - movement
