Yes sir I think 25 per boat or a vessel limit would help. I have been checked by fish counter many times but only 2 or 3 times for size. I don`t fish at night much but stay till after dark a lot. I see small fish floating off a lot, I think they kill fish from not being able to tend that many lines. I have nothing against fishing as many lines as one can handle. If we self regulate our selfs we will be better off then if fwc has to. I`m not sure funding is a issue with fwc but more field work would help. When they start checking, word gets around fast and slows down on unlawful acts. So far there is a noticeable difference in the big-o, hopefully it will get better.

Been fishing the big o since 87 when I came down from north Florida born and raised. I too have seen the pontoons on the north end of the lake trying to catch as many crappie as possible before going back north. I wouldn't be against the 12" rule and a little better monitoring catch limits. I fish the south end now and keep to the 10" size limit. With a lake the size of Okeechobee I myself don't think it would be a deterrent to have a lot of small fish population, in other lakes it might not be the case.

Make possession limit to cross state line, two days bag. Allow deputies and state troopers to check.

And raise the out of state fishing liscense to match the state the person is visiting froms highest cost of out of state liscense be it hunting or fishing. Help fund research and habitat in both fresh and saltwater.

Believe there is presently enforce a 2 - day possession limite.......
as it was used on those South Carolina guys couple years back who had 2,500 plus
shellcrackers in coolers in their cabin at Grape Hammock, when someone dropped a
dime on them - to bad they didn't do them like other states who confiscate their
boat, all fising equipment and related items including clothes on their back. and then
have items appraised - and offer material to offenders to buy it back on spot or have
them auctioned off to pay fine intended. Things like that help get the word out.
Their is difference between being hospitable to non residents vs out and out poaching.

Not at all my friend, not at all.
Just have out of staters fishing licenses charged the same as their state would
charge a Florida resident to fish non-resident in their state.

Example: Georgia charge for non-resident is $50.00 for 10 day or $100.00 for yearly,
and say Florida's non resident is $18.00 for 3-7 day and $35.00 for a year.

If i came to Georgia i would pay a $100.00 for non resident
You came to Florida you would pay $100.00 for non resident.

This would help fund a better hunting-fishing operation in Florida same as it does
    in Georgia

They all ready have a 2 day possession limit and some state troopers do try to enforce it. It is a felony to cross any state line with illegally taken game and they can seize your vehicle, boat, and/or gear. Enforcement, is primarily spent saltwater gamefish and hunting.

As far as liscense fees Florida is one of the best at reciprocating license fees. Ga nonresident fishing for the year is $45. Florida nonresident is $47. Ga nonresident hunting is $100. Florida nonresident hunting is $151.50.

First of all, you share to many of your fish to be over the limit. I don't believe you have ever taken more than your limit home.
