Can't switch out the pedals on the maxxums with any ease IBN.
I'm kind of stumped on this one. The problem mentioned on the bad pedals was actually a bad board which was in the pedal, but those would burn up and the motor would not work at all.
Can't imagine any way that 24V at the plug could turn to 12V. I guess, it could be wired with 3 wires, with a negative and 2 12V positives that are somehow combined after the plug at the pedal itself and somehow you're losing connection on one of those wires. Never seen it done that way though.
In any event, putting 12V to that motor is gonna ruin it in short order, so I'd get it fixed rather than keep on running it. See you've got another, you're swapping to so you've got that covered and time to fool with it now.
