I know your aren't directing speaking of me. Complain, whine, etc. Call it what you want. I don't care. I got good enough sense to know when something doesn't work properly and I will pick at the source of the problem 'til it scabs over or it is heals up. Just my nature.

All I can say is, if anyone wants my money, and don't want complaints, then, sell good stuff. I wouldn't complain then.

And, futhermore, my complaints are legitimate. I can back anything I post (say) up technically. Period.

I purchased a 987si in 96 and the smaller circle worked for me better than the boat. My unit has been upgraded 2 times and that is my only complaint. I will have a 1197si next year unless HB comes out with something better.I purchased a 3d unit this year after I phoned HB and they didnt tell me about the 1197. The reason for my phone was to find out about new products.
