Perspective Mode
I am this close to pulling the trigger on livescope, but have a couple of reservations that I’d like to hear from the experts on to maybe help coax me over the edge. I’ve fished with livescope in someone else’s boat on deeper brush piles in lakes that aren’t similar to what I regularly fish. Most lakes I fish are (very) shallow reservoirs with lots of wood cover, most of the time I’m fishing water that is at the deepest 10 feet and a lot of the time even in the dead of winter 5-6 ft. From what little I’ve experienced with livescope, and from videos I’ve watched and threads I’ve read, it seems like perspective mode will be about the only solid option for fishing that shallow of water. Is that a fair assumption? Would love to hear from those who have some experience with perspective. Is it as effective as forward and down view? Can I run forward view in that shallow of water and be effective? I’m just about ready to make the leap, but it’s a fairly large monetary commitment, thanks in advance!
