I am looking for an up front DI unit. It is a toss up between Garmin or Humminbird. Just like the title says, Is there that much of a difference between units with chirp than those without chirp? I think a lot of the hype is selling point. The lesser Helix units do not have chirp and everyone raves about them. Garmin has chirp in every unit and the rest of the pack loves them.
So which is it?
