Don't know why your E7 isn't working on DI. I got these images on mine when I first started using it. My issue was the slow screen refresh using a navionics card. This was a brush pile(tree) as seen on 2D and DI. The DI made if real clear what you were seeing. The transducer I had selected was the 55/88/200/455 or something close to that. I am going on memory from a year ago as to the exact numbers, but it is the spec for the Elite 7 transducer.
