Makes more sense to me to wrap my own transducer cable. I'm thinking those instructions I found were for someone who plugs their us2 into their FF. Will give it a spin.
You want the wrapped ferrite core as close to the head unit as possible ...
It's job is to arrest EFI/RFI before it gets to the head unit ...

Thought I had some printed instructions on how to do this but I can't find them... the video is a better instruction option.
I have this info also but it's for the US2 ...(same theory tho) ...

Ok, I have the ferrite ring installed about 2 inches from the HB with 7 loops. Didn't help at all. I read the instructions about us2 connections inside the trolling motor head (terrova). US2 Fuse is good. Checking all connections again. Will update when thru.
