The video is pretty impressive. But, before I bought one, I'd have to have a money back guarantee.
I know the Point 1 GPS puck from Lowrance does have a built in compass. HB has one too. They are worth the money for steering to a waypoint. But, I don't know about multiple GPS receivers improving the accuracy for 'spotlock' to maintain position over a point in space. Maybe so, maybe not.
It is my understanding that WAAS is the system our military uses which is now available to all of us. It was made available to the general public several years ago but, it has errors also. It is considerably better than a GPS that does not use it but, still not perfect. A better, much more accurate system is in the works but, I can't recall the timeline on it being launched.
