I bought the US2 option and that is on me but I would think that the company would be coming out very soon with some updated technology to accomodate the down and side imaging and maybe even an upgrade to the older units. I dont think US2 is out dated as there is more US2 used on the troller than anything.As far as mounting a transducer on the terrova I think it is the easiest and slickest way to mount a transducer of any motor out there for keeping the cable out of the way. I plan to mount a 998 or 958 up front and leave my 757 up there to use the US2 on it and DI or Si on the 998 at the same time if it will work that way, but will let greg answer that question for me.
