Trashtrout, take it from me, call them and don't go through email. Had to get a new remote rubber cover and went the email route....no response in 8 days, sent another...no response in 4 days. Broke down and called and the new one was at the house in 2 days......5 days later, got an email that said no problem - call us. LOL.

Their phone service is second to none...email response sorta stinks. Might just be due to volume though. Last time I emailed, the response was fairly quick.
