    Default Waypoint entry

    All,
I have a list of waypoints that a friend of mine gave me for the bay. What is the easiest way to input them into my HB and Lowrance units? It is a big list so putting them in directly is really time consuming.

Is it a hard copy printout or is it a transportable file? If it is a file, what is it? If it is hard copy, you're' screwed.

If your needing to do both i think (in my opinion) the easiest way would be to put them into google earth then export your file out and convert it on GPS Babel (free software download). Make one file then convert once to each type (lowrance and HB.) That's what i would do.

If it is hand typed with file extension .doc, you are screwed. If it is Excel spreadsheet (XML or XLS) you can convert it with Babel GPS.
