Buddy i really dont have issues with curling in crappie baits. You really start noticing it when you get into the larger glitter. It shows up worse with square cut which is why you see hex cut for sale at bait suppliers. I do like the look of square cut though and have a couple colors in it.
The best thing for glitter is to add it to the plastic just before you inject the molds. On colors with heavy glitter like these i use it all up without doing a remelt. I cooked up 2 cups of it and lined up enough molds to use it up. So the only remelts will come from runners and sprues. Those will be cut up and mixed with raw plastic and heated in 20 second increments once it starts getting hot. Reheats are what start making the flake to bleed. Addition of raw plastic and stabilizer helps combat it. You got my number call me when u want some pointers.
