to use a hotplate you cant use the ones that arent adjustable they are the simplest and easiest for begineers to use and get started that way they know what their materials are doing thru the entire cooking process. its not that anyone is ever wrong its like MG vs. HB its what works best for each individual i.e. i love pourasol from lureworks have been using it since another reseller of it called it deaired then i found out its all deaired like 7 years ago but was hooked on the way it injected for us like water at 300-310 degrees which means we could work with it longer and not have to add any additional stabilizer keeps costs lower right there!!
