Mo...sorry...but you didn't type slow enough for me to understand Do you put the aluminum plate inside the mold...and clamp both sides shut onto it? Do you cut it down just big enough to cover the cavities...but not the vents?

You end up with 2 halves...correct? Take one out inject...but the other back in...inject.

I'm not mechanically inclined....to say the least...but I can follow simple directions!
