Daily limits and possession limits should be enforced better. And, before we get into that debate again, a possession limit is two time your daily limit. It is not out of your possession until it is transferred or passes your lips. If a man goes out and catches 50 every day and feeds them to his family that night and does it again the next day, etc. I harbor him no ill will. He is doing what needs to be and doing it within the law. That's just an example that I'm sure is not happening. I've even seen the audacity of some bringing chest freezers to the camp site with them, go figure. No doubt going beyond their possession limit.
