    Hey Charles:

Just go to EasyGPS - FREE GPS Software for your Garmin, Magellan, or Lowrance GPS and download EasyGPS. Then when you click on the file I sent you it will open up in EasyGPS. From there you can sort and organize the waypoints anyway you like and upload them to your GPS. If you have any trouble let me know and I'll walk you through it. It's a great program once you get used to it.

The only program I have down loaded is the easygps link you sent me last spring.

Is deleting individual waypoints the only way to remove them from the gps? When I upload my waypoints from my gps to a file in easygps.....they will still be on my gps, right?
The first thing you want to do is download the waypoints you already have on your GPS. Then you can compile them in one file with the new ones you want. Then you can delete all the waypoints on your GPS - there's an option for deleting them all at the same time - and then upload the new file. Each time you make a file be sure and save it with a different name so you can always go back and get any waypoints you have from them. When I backup my GPS a make the file name the current date so I alwasy know what which one is my most current file.

Always make backups. If you download all the waypoints from your GPS to your computer and delete the ones in the GPS unit itself, you will loose all your data if your hard drive craps out.
