Default Found a few out of the wind

What a windy weekend, I fished up in Connerly bayou and got out of the wind for the most part. We caught 17 Saturday and only had 8 keepers, but had a good time trying. Will be going to Mississippi next Thursday for their crappie camp at Grenada, hope the weather will settle down some for that. I'm looking forward to fishing there and meeting some new crappie.com members.

    Here's the catch for Saturday.

Kathy with a couple of good ones, she caught the biggest of the day.

Hope y'all had a good weekend.

Jerry those are some good fish. You are braver than I am with the wind, the wife and I just rode around after church and looked at all the flood water.

You did better than I. I went near Stuttgart Sunday afternoon and fought the wind for about 2 hours, we caught 6 green carp, and kept 5 of them, mostly around pound each.

Connerly is muddy except from the lake to a little ways past the boat ramp and also upstream above the tressel.

Jerry, nice mess of fish there, judging by the comparison item looks like they had some good size to them... Been so busy lately hadn't check in on yall's post. Congrats on the catch.
