lake did not rise this go around,water is stable at full pool.one gate open now.all gates had been open for about2 weeks.some crappie being caught around cypress trees.water temp in 60's.bass pretty good.been pretty slow.should improve this week.

Dano, Conway didn't get hit with a ton of rain like a lot of places, what did it do to the lake? Are they going to open the gates anytime soon to let any water out?

crappie have been getting better.4 picked up on the flats today.yesterday one man caught 6 another caught 8 both in the pool.3-4 ft deep.some are also being caught3-7ft deep by the cypress trees.water looks real good,but temp back doown to 58

yes the redears are being caught on the flats at a moderate pace,crappie also being caught still in the pool and on the flats.you know if were not fighting high water were fighting wind!best catch today was 15 keepers.dont have a count on redears.3 boats stayed on the flats.the crappie also hanging on the cypress trees in the lake.water temp rising.
