great trip Darryl. Looks like you guys got some real good slabs. I take it you caught them on rosie's? Have the fish moved up into any shallower water with the water temps or do they stay deeper when the water warms up?

Water temp at Greeson was 62 this morning (what it has been for several days) but warmed up to the mid-60's by noon. Fishing is good but could be better for this time of year. Jerry mentioned this afternoon that the next series of cold nights and cool days should start the water temp going down again. When it does we expect the crappie to turn on again real good like a normal fall pattern.
Here's what we ended up with today.

Not bad at all cuz WTG.
MT.DEW AND JP8 IN THE MORNING GETS THE BLOOD FLOWING.
Still deep, most from 15 to 20'. That's why we're still looking for the typical fall pattern.Originally Posted by randybenham

That's a heck of a catch there, Darryl. They can't hide deep forever...but if they do, it looks like you know where to find 'em.
