It is! I知 glad y誕ll liked the recipe. My wife was tired of fried fish, so I saw a similar idea online and I decided to make something that tasted like crab cakes. I always eye balled the seasoning until I was forced to make some measurements for the AGFC 100th anniversary cook book. I知 not much of if chef but I do k ow how to cook breakfast, fish, and BBQ.
