I'd never move anyone's brush pile, but if I'm fishing a brush pile and someone says it's his and I have to leave, I probably wouldn't budge. It could be a brush pile he found as well and just wants to bully folks off. And in the event he did place it, it's in public water now and it's fair game. Anything I sunk is fair game for anyone as well, but to move it is just being a jerk and being too lazy to gather up some leftover Christmas trees or brush. Just driving in my neighborhood would yield a person all the brush they needed to make some piles. Besides, the guy that planted the brush likely knows that spot has potential to be a producer, why move it?
Definitely a vinegar cleansing move.
