I would never, nor do I think anyone should, move someone's brush pile that they worked so hard to put in the water. But you have to know, it will be found and fished by others...

Them kind of folks are to dam lazy to make there own beds and brush piles to fish over, need to have them arrested for theft and make it a felony, dam bandits.

On each occasion it was an exercise in self discipline to just let it be. I have a competitive spirit, sure, but going to such lengths to go off on an interloper or move brushpiles? That's just ignorant. Some people have no self control, morals or conscience...in my opinion its best to stay clear of these individuals and take a deep breath before reacting to what they do.
It's just something on some lake with crowds you must deal with. But we have had folks pull up and anchor on the spot after we toss out a marker bouy. There have been times they actually rammed my boat when I was already fishing and guess they wanted the spot. Billbob and I watched some guys move over and pick up my bouy on a brushpile . Had to pull up and ask for it back , they said it floated in there . Sometimes it is better to just move on and just wonder like Jeff Foxworthy says '' WHERE'S YOR SIGN ? ''
