J.W., I just gotta ask....what was your first thoughts when you seen this fresh morsel laying lifeless on the side of the hiway.....were you thinkin Crockpot or Skillet? They make a tasty stew but sometimes those critters can be tough if you don't pressure cook 'em a while first. I once knew an older feller who could put em in the pot with a fresh killed possum and with his seasonins you couldn't tell the difference.....said he got a lot of practice back in the depression, LOL!
