    You pick up roadkill. A while back I saw this beautiful cat alongside the road and it appeared freshly hit by a vehicle. So I stopped and picked it up putting it in the back of my truck. When I got home I got a big surprise as she was looking at me growling. I drove down the road and was going to try to let her out but realized she had a broken back. All I had was a shovel and it got ugly quick.

    Lesson learned don't pick up dangerous animals that are not cold to touch. Fresh road kill may not be dead.
