It looks like those spyderloks will swivel pretty easily. Coupla holes in the inside of that TM mount to mount the angle, just like you did on the starboard side, may be the ticket. You can turn the mount perpendicular with the TM stowed. The rods will be in easy reach. It appears that anything you do, short of moving the tm will require the port rack to be turned with the tm stowed.

Definitely requires some thinking to get it done right the first time. I had to lick my calf over a few times while doing mine, but it will be worth it in the end. Keep up the good work.
