The racks are Millennium Marine SpyderLoks. I bought them at DNW in Jonesboro.
I bought the aluminum angle at Lowes in a 3' section.
Today I acquired some larger aluminum angle out of a friend's scrap pile. I'm going to use it to work around the trolling motor.

Ok. Here's the solution:
I cut a heavy piece of aluminum angle into a bracket to fit around the trolling motor mount.
The only remaining issue is some play in the aluminum. I may need to fashion a way for the bracket to make contact with the boat instead of hanging in space. That's what I was trying to accomplish with the fender washers but I didn't have enough of them.

I also reworked the bracket on the other side with the heavier angle. It has very little play in it. I'm very pleased with it!

The spyderlok bracket swings out of the way and the trolling motor raises and lowers without a problem.

Finally… I only have 6 crappie poles and not all of those are in great shape but I couldn't resist the urge to put some poles on it and just see how it was going to work.
I've about blown all my spending money... so I've got to go with what I have.
Before this is over I may very well be the only guy on the lake with cane poles hanging out of my spider rig.
