I'm no RCC but...
I'm no RCC but I'm trying!
I added a spider rigging rack to my boat today.
I used a piece of aluminum angle and the channel lock along the side of the boat. Wing nuts were not the best idea but they were what I had. It all worked out.
Now, I've got to figure out where to put another one! (Of course I've got to buy another one first!)
The trolling motor is in the way… I think I might mount another one just to the right of the trolling motor.
I keep asking myself: What would RCC do?

Use a wider piece of metal and let it hang out over the side , out of trolling motor swing.

Now ya'll gotta give me some time to think. Ya'll done give him 14 ideas, and I haven't even had time to sleep on it. You're gonna like what you're doing Tony. It looks like those spyderloks will swivel pretty easily. Coupla holes in the inside of that TM mount to mount the angle, just like you did on the starboard side, may be the ticket. You can turn the mount perpendicular with the TM stowed. The rods will be in easy reach. It appears that anything you do, short of moving the tm will require the port rack to be turned with the tm stowed.
Definitely requires some thinking to get it done right the first time. I had to lick my calf over a few times while doing mine, but it will be worth it in the end. Keep up the good work.

The real trick here is that I'm trying to do this without drilling any holes in the boat.
I've about stripped a gear in my brain but I think I've devised a solution.

Are those Cumberlands? Where did you get the angle aluminum to put them on the T-track? I have a similar boat and I'm debating whether to try to install them on the t-track or just drill holes.
