    shifty - what kind of double seat are you getting?

    that is a good question. still doing a little research and trying some buddies to see how best fit. open to suggestions

    I don't know the dimensions you are working with but you have 3 options. 1)The Double Down Boat Seat Style which is portable (Grizzly Jig makes one also)? 2) Mount 2 new seat bases? 3) the Cumberland Crappie Style which allows 2 seats to swivel on one single base pole (of course other manufactures that make great products) . Sorry I forgot you have 4 options and use 2 > 5 gallon buckets. Ive personally seen that one done with great success! Any way you choose you need to be able to easily get to those rod handles and within reach like Cray said in above post. Hope I helped? Congrats on that new baby and hope you fill that cooler with slabs soon.
