Ive been a member here for a little while but I dont post much and I certainly appreciate whatever info is given that helps me catch fish. I dont get to go fishing very often so it makes it difficult to pattern crappie in their movements. I dont expect people to tell me exactly where their brushpile or honey hole is, but I do like for people to at least say "hey the fish are really biting on Dardanelle in 6 feet of water on chartreuse jigs. That info there helps me determine where I spend my money driving to for the best chance at catching a few. Once I get there I can use whatever info I have been given and do the rest of the leg work myself. heck, I am all the time telling people where the bass are biting if I am on them. It is us against the fish, not us against each other.

I have learned alot lurking on this site but really don't get to do alot of crappie fishing . I really don't even know how to post pictures on this site or any other but I really don't expect guys to give me a map with x mark the spot on it . I do enjoy looking at the pictures and hearing how guys were successful . I like to try and go out on lakes I fish and duplicate that success , usually doesn't work out that way but it makes me think and try new techniques and that makes me really enjoy reading the stuff on here. Heck I even like reading about Nimrods catfish trips . I don't get alot of time off but do most of my crappie fishing in jan-march and maybe a little in the fall . I would like to say thank you to all those guys who have helped me just from reading there post like CP,Nimrod,Jackie,crappiepro and a few don't remember how they spell their names (LOL) but I appreciate you sharing what you have guys . Still need to get me a couple of those ozark rods too! Maybe I can get them to teach me how to post a picture or two so next time I do get to go I can join in on sharing.

Don't let fathfularcher fool ya seen him catch fish off of a parking lot(that was flooded) fathfularcher can teach us wantbe crappie fishermen!!! and the big Bucks he downs with a bow(faithfularcher)!!!

How come no ones talking about the beautiful day on the water! Weather you caught a mess or didn't it was a great day for fishing! I thought sharing information was what this site was about. Is it really that bad. With everyone having to make a living not everyone can be on the water at once anyway. Plenty for all! If finding honey holes was that easy no one would be on this site anyway....

that is my thanking about posting on here, telling what lake your fishing on and if they are biting is no big deal u have to find them, some people thank they own the lake around here I had a guy tell me that he would run me off his tree tops ha ha
