I went on WW 3 yrs. ago online and it changed my eating habits for good. I lost 27 lbs. in 3 months and have kept it off by just having that awareness of the amount and type of food I eat. I eat properly on my work nights and am able to eat what I want when I am off. You will benefit for life from what you learned.Looking forward to seeing you at CC.
