You better let me know when you head out to lake Monticello. I'd like to try some of those deep water crappie.:D

I dont see how you would catch a crappie 50 feet deep. You dont have a pole with that much line in your arsenal.

Dam, now that you mention it. Do you know anywhere I can get a 50' long piece of cane? I wouldn't know what to do actually using a reel. I better break out the owner's manual.

Jerry, just remember that the invitation is open if you want to go try a little spider-riggin on the river. Don't be discouraged by my previous guide trips with Gooch. I know Gooch has trouble keeping up, but I believe that you've got a little more experience over him. Hey, I didn't think about it, but now I can add taking disabled children to catch fish on my resume.:D

CEB say you will be down at the river Sat morning? I may try to get a yard pas to get out. Got my deer last weekend. Don't know what's going on for this weekend.

Hey Ceb I'll let you know when they go deep, it is sort of like fishing in a well, let the bait down to the bottom 40-50 ft., wait for the bite and reel him in. They will be close to the deep water in November and will be about 30 ft. deep, but when the surface temp. gets to 50 degrees they will go deep.

    A bad day of fishing
beats a good day at work.

Definately let me know. I'll meet up with you out there. And, we can use two boats until we get 'em pinpointed.
