    Yeah.

    But they ALL taste just PERSACKLY like crappie.

    Yes sir, this is correct. I would have used crappie instead of jalapenos, but to get a fillet the size of a bottle cap, I would have needed to fillet some 3 inch crappie. Even I draw the line somewhere
