Ok. I will reveal the secret of fried jalapenos (bottlecaps). I would have done this before, but the recipe is rather complicated.
Get a jar of PICKLED jalapenos. Dip out how many you want to fry. Roll in fish meal shake of excess meal and dump into fish grease.
It's like fried cocaine.
