Would this be a good time to ask what you roll your fish in before frying?

I like to coat it with mustard and then roll it in cornmeal. Very delicious.

Them folks that wanna use mustard and strong seasonings must not like the delicate taste of Crappie. IMO I use prepared coatings alot because of the finer corn meal. Sometimes I regrind the meal in my blender when using regular Corn meal.
