If you kept them cold they should be fine if fresh when frozen. Fish need to be frozen ASAP, cause the time on ice does'nt start over after freeze'n. If they were kept out 3 days then frozen then thawed for 3 days that would be 6 days. I don't usually like fish to be unfrozen more than 3 or 4 days and then kept on ice.
