Spider rigging puts ALOT of fish in the boat.....almost as many as longlining does.RoflRoflRofl ANything that will hold your rods and will keep you from loosing them will work. The fish wont mind how it looks on your boat eiher. I always preferred my rod tips to be even though. It makes it alot easier detecting some of those light bites.
