I guess if I don't hear from them by Tuesday which will be a week I'll be forced to file a dispute with paypal . I've bought quite a bit of equipment from them in the past and never had a problem . If anyone has had a problem , how long did it take to get a response? Scott
Ultraslab, I emailed Digitaka yesterday so I will be patient and wait at least a week for a response. I have been extremely please with their customer service so far. I contacted them twice about combining two orders together to avoid paying for shipping. Although they never actually replied to my email, they did combined my orders and reimbursed me for the shipping difference. Maybe, they are working on resolving your issue in the background. Who knows. Meanwhile, I am also going to contact Major craft directly to see if I can order a replacement tip. It looks pretty easy to replace since there is an opening at the bottom of the rod designed for maintenance etc ... Hope this help!
