Rojo da man. Lol
well I bought her.
time to maintain her.
I never new the seats would set higher.
Another thought is check to see where the Crank Position sensor is while in the front. It may be triggered off the flywheel but some are triggered off the Balancer.
Decisions Decisions. I can get all this work done where I work by students. For 80 dollars labor plus parts. But I have to sign a waiver saying if something’s wrong they are students and not at fault. I’m thinking I’m gonna bite the bullet and pay my mechanic. His rate is 100 an hr but I trust him. His quote was half what Toyota shop wants.
I have done my own work for years collecting whatever specialty tools needed being sure to take care of all the tools I've accumulated. At some point in the past there was learning curves but keeping more than 1 old car or truck to drive has helped me a lot. Timing work has to be right the first time I agree with you, if you have a mechanic that is experienced with timing engines use him over students. I will not time a Yamaha F250 or higher because they are Interference engines. The money made against the risk of something being wrong is just not enough.
LAWTY.
