I picked up the entire brake rotor set, pads, calipers for my old 1979 Cadillac Opera Coupe for under $50

Rockauto Magnets. they ship one with each order.

I couldn't keep all the Auto/Truck repairs up that I do without them.

ROJO, I made an executive decision
    lol
I’m using my mechanic exclusively to rebuild
my avalon. I thought I might just let him do the
technical stuff. But all is important. So I’m going with him for all of it.
going to do stages. Timing belt. Water pump. Valve cover gaskets and knock sensors
first month. Then rotors, pads. Struts next month.
I’ll have 5000 in car after repairs. But should be solid transportation. Payments
on a new one would surpass tgat in 9 months.

I've got to see if our local Powertrain shop can replace a staked in U-joint in the morning. It has to be perfect. Mercedes looks at the Driveshaft as non-serviceable. I found one today a complete Driveshaft, American Made $514 free shipping 2 year unlimited miles. Rockauto has one Lifetime warranty from Dorman $614+freight. I totally agree Truck & Car notes for the junk produced today is a rip off in my view.
