Thread: Camera? everyone has one of those.

I also like to take pictures of interesting nature scenes as well as sunrises and sunsets when I’m on the water. While the phones have gotten better over the years, there are times when I wish that I had my Minolta SLR with me to take some pictures in 35mm—I had some good zoom and fixed lenses back in high school and have only a couple of zoom lenses that I keep in the case.

Not many for me.

Yes phone cameras have gotten better but when you zoom in the leave a lot to be desired.

We had a couple of Eagles stop by the pond at our house and wish the pic would have been better.

Nugget. I've been in the truck tire industry 36 years. I've been to Muscatine many times to the Bandag plants there. They are super nice people. Pretty farm land too.

we get A LOT of eagles in the spring when the shad die off and its easy pickings, on the Mississippi

Yep, I deliver the fork lift propane cylinders to those plants. a lot of produce and melons grown on the sand here. closest ramp to me is 1.5 miles when I retire in 30 years it wont be far for me
