I guess it just took venting a bit to get it ! It arrived today very well packaged . I don’t like how it doesn’t go all the way together but I guess that’s how it’s designed. looking forward to giving it a try!
Yep me and Jawatek both had the same issues Stateside. He had already disputed his order when it finaly arrived bought 6 weeks later if memory serves. Your gov. at work. Scott

The spigot ferrule you mention is a HUGE difference in American 2 peice rods. A couple of BIG FYI'S. If this is your 1st the joint as mentioned is greatly different from American in that there is no loss of sensitivity in the connection, at least that I can tell, and a warning once you put them together can be very difficult to remove. They make a lubricant especialy for them. That's what Randy told me one time. I never take them apart as a general rule but if you do be careful as it will be so tite that it would be easy to break. Contacting sender won't help, he doesn't care - in my experience. USPS lost my rod for 9 weeks. After contacting my reps, and reversing the charges on my card - and winning the appeal - it mysteriously was found and delivered. I advised seller to use DHL, but he said he didn't see a problem - he gets his money regardless. He's what Aussies call a "bogan".

Got to admit Jawjatek, it's sad that in order to have a reliable delivery in the United States we can't use the United States Postal Service and have a better option using DHL a company owned and ran out side of the U.S. Our tax dollars at work. Just sayin. Scott
I reckon so. I've enough rods for now, anyway; my collection is exactly what I want. Now what I want is more big shellcrackers on the 7'3"! Last one I caught, I thought I had a 2-3 lb bass! Nope. 11 inch redear.![]()
