It's nice to hear some here got a chance at scoring one...or 3..lol. Like one of Alpha's YT video mentioned, maybe these JDM rod discussions are being monitored somehow, because as soon as Randy post something the price gone up a few bucks. In this case I don't mind that they see theres a demand for a specific model and start firing the assembly line again. Good score, all!!

The seller (fishingonline4) called me to let me know the rod shipment might be delayed a bit because they were sitting in Aussie customs, but he was expecting them to clear real soon. He said maybe a week, 2 weeks max, but he assured me they would be coming. FYI if anyone else ordered..

Did either of you ask him why he has them in stock? Is Abu doing another production run or did he have some new old stock previously not sold?
His prices seem pretty reasonable for something that has been OOS for a couple of years. Don’t see it in stock anywhere else

He told me it took 2 years of negoiating with Abu and some amount that had to be ordered to get them to make a run. Said this may or may not be all he can get. Crazy to me as I've said before to own a Rod company, have a product people want to buy and not make them. Scott
