Glad they finally came through Chaser. I still scratching my head about the one I shipped. I have to get on the phone today and talk with someone about it. It’s not a big package as it’s a two piece rod but they need to get busy.

Hey Eradicator fans,
Question for the 67 and 73 owners here. How do you rate the 73 in comparison to the 67. Both are slow taper special. Is the 73 on par with the 67 in terms of sensitivity, parabolic bend under load, and fun factor.
I’m thinking about the 73 for bank fishing and think this might work well.
Cheers

Yes it is. IMO. I get a little more casting distance from the 73.

I had two 67s and ultraslab said he liked the 73 better. So I got a 73 to try. I always have them in the boat; I use them the same. I don't really think about it too much.My favorite rod of all time is the Evergreen Limber Tip 6'9". IMO nothing beats it in sensitivity - my opinion.

I have no experience with the 7-3 but I really like my 6’7”. Hard to think of another rod that’s more fun.

Have more than one of both. The 7'3" is my favorite becasue: I'm using livescope to target fish and don't " cast " make a cast like i'm dock shooting so jig is low to water, small splash, and very precise in open water fishing. 2ndly I have more control on my jig fall stopping it above there head and slowly lowering it with rod tip to the right level then slowly swimming it over there head. The 6'7" while a great rod doesn't allow as well the same dock shooting cast. Livescope out of the picture the longer length will give you a little more distance in a cast if that's what your looking for. Don't know if this makes sense or answers your question, but my 2 cents for what it's worth. YMMV. Scott
